Returns & exchanges

Fourteen days to decide, with easy returns across the UAE.

We want you to love what you keep. If something is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it.

How it works

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Email hello@lilliun.com with your order number to start a return.
  • We will arrange collection anywhere in the UAE.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the item.
Can I exchange for another size?

Yes — tell us the size you need and, subject to availability, we will arrange the exchange.

Are altered or bridal pieces returnable?

Made-to-fit, altered and bridal pieces are final sale, as they are tailored to you. Your stylist will confirm this before any work begins.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
